If you are unsure of whether or not we carry the specific product you are looking for, please contact us via e-mail and we would be more than happy to assist you. If we are unable to help you find the frame, we are happy to offer custom ordering for customers looking for something that we may not carry or have in stock.

If you are looking to order prescription glasses, sunglasses, or contacts, please make sure that it is an updated prescription and be ready to upload it.
Please make sure you have the colour code, model number, brand name, and if there is multiple sizes, the correct size you want
Please note that all orders will be sent to our support team for review and evaluation before the order will be placed. Once the order is placed, there will be a notification prompting you to check your account balance and make a payment before we ship the order.
We will always try to accommodate all requests but should there be an issue, an e-mail will be sent out explaining the reason of why your order cannot be processed.
